What is the meaning of Tae Kwon Do ?
Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that originated in Korea.
Taekwondo is over 2,000 years old.
The word “Taekwondo” means “The art of kicking and punching”.
“Tae” means “Kicking”,
“Kwon” means “Punching”,
“Do” means “Discipline or way of life”
